I've just moved to Budapest. Is it weird to come on my own?
Not at all. Almost everyone comes to their first meetup solo. That's the whole point: you turn up knowing nobody and leave knowing a few guys.
Do I need to speak Hungarian?
No. Hungarian is a famously tough language, and the group runs in English. Hungarian guys are very welcome too, and they're usually the best people to ask about life in the city.
Does it cost anything?
No. There's no membership and no fees. Joining the group is free and at a meetup you just pay for whatever you order.
Is this a dating or networking thing?
Neither. It's a group for guys who want proper mates: no selling, no pressure, no BS. Respect is non-negotiable.
